Navicat连Oracle，设置编码为AL32UTF8，结果连接提示：“ORA-12737 Instant Client Light:unsupported server character set ZHS16GBK”。
压缩包为64位系统的，32位的自己去网上找吧。
解决办法也很简单，下载最新的instantclient-basic-windows.x64-12.2.0.1.0.zip
解压目录到Navicat安装目录，然后Navicat点工具-选项-环境，将oci指定为最新目录的dll，例：
D:\Program Files\Navicat Premium 12\instantclient_12_2oci.dll之后重启Navicat，再连接即可正常。
